Beach or Garden apartment - the choice is yours.
If you are planning a vacation to Costa del sol, we can offer two great apartments to choose from. The two apartments have different characters so it all depends on what vacation mode you are in.
The Beach apartment with its private plunge pool on the balcony overlooking the palm trees and the Mediterranean sea is located just east of Estepona center.
The Garden apartment is between Estepona and Puerto Banus with a large garden with your own lemon tree and lovely out door furniture and your own BBQ.

What are the checkin times?
Normally we allow check-in from 15.00 and checkout at 11.00 but if there are no guest coming after or are there before you we can be flexible.
Is the private pool really private in the Beach apartment ?
Yes. The pool on the balcony is yours and yours only to use. A pool cleaner comes once a week to take care of it, so all you have to do is enjoy it.
Do we have Wifi and international TV channels?
Yes, both apartment have a 300 MB internet connection and a great selection of international channels and movies.
What are the best golf courses nearby?
There is plenty of golf courses within 20-30 min drive from both apartments and it is all depending on what kind of course you want to play on. The garden apartment has Paraiso Golf Club at a walking distance
How do we book and pay?
You can book and pay by card, we take a 10% booking fee to book the apartment and then the final payment has to be completed 2 weeks prior to checkin. If a booking is made within 2 weeks of checkin a full payment have to be made to reserve it.
What are the cancelation policy?
We try to work with you to get the best solution. But in general our cancellation policy is: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
